How do I place an order?

Ordering at IZAPO is easy. Placing your first order at IZAPO? Just select the items you want to shop, enter your shipping address and payment information and you are home. If you need any assistance give us a call. We would love to take your order over phone.

How will I know if order is placed successfully?

Once your Order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation over email from IZAPO This mail will have all the details related to your order.

Can I add an item to my order after I have placed my order?

Unfortunately no, however you can simply place another order.

What is the status of my order?

Once your order shipped from our facility, we will send tracking number of the shipment through Whatsapp or Email ID.

How long will it be before I receive my order?

After Shipping, you should receive your order within 4-5 business days after it finished processing from our facility.

Do you ship to addresses outside India?

Yes we ship worldwide, for international shipping we use FeDex, UPS,DHL courier partner.

Do you ship to PO boxes addresses?

IZAPO primarily uses Trackon, Blue Dart for shipping and this courier partner does not deliver to PO Boxes

addresses. However, if you must have it delivered to a PO box please call us prior to placing your order to see if we can send your order via any other courier partner.

What is the Processing Time of my IZAPO order?

Any orders submitted after 5:00PM will be processed on the next business day. Please allow a maximum of 1 business days processing time for all IZAPO orders. Typically we try to get your orders out same day, however, please note this is not always possible.
Please note: Processing time does not include Sundays and Holidays as IZAPO is closed.

Is IZAPO Arabic Pipe Tobacco & IZAPO MOLASSES legal in India?

Yes, as long as you are over 18 years of age.
